Cancellation requests will only be accepted if made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the project execution has not yet begun.
We are not responsible for any third-party services, including but not limited to hosting, web development, content writing, or other external services.
We do not provide guarantees based on traffic, rankings, or other performance metrics and, therefore, will not be liable for refund claims related to these outcomes.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, we are prepared to offer a full refund. To initiate a refund request, please contact your personal manager and provide the necessary billing information, including your name, transaction ID, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Once your request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 days.
